Mr. Sendhil is the strategic planner and visionary responsible for the overall development of  SilverLake Information Pvt Ltd. Being one of the founder of the company,he takes care of the internal as well as external issues affecting the organization. He is also the professional adviser and spokesperson fostering effective teamwork and integrity among the employees.

Having an Industry experience of more than 17 yrs,he ensures the operational and development plan of the organization at par with the vision of SilverLake. He single handedly takes care of multiple accounts and manages people across various geographical extent providing all the required guidance and support. In addition to being a member of the board,he also represents the organization at IBM community activities to enhance its community profile.

S. Lakshmi
Director
Mrs Lakshmi has a vast level of experience in human resource management and had been taking care of the organization's manpower resources from the time of its inception. Apart from her contribution towards the organization's resource building,she has been taking the responsibilities to determine staffing requirements for organizational management & program delivery,oversee the implementation of human resource policies, procedures & practices including the development of job description for all staff.
 
Establishing a positive, healthy and safe work environment in accordance with all appropriate legislation and regulations,staff orientation and appropriate training,implementing a performance management process for all staff which includes monitoring the performance of staff on an on-going basis and conducting an annual performance review are also some of the major activities taken care by her.

Being one among the industry experienced professionals with an experience of 17 years,she has always been a source of strength for the growth and development of the company.
