Job Description

  • Conduct technical training,facilitate the practicals during the training in the lab,
  • assess technical skills of participants through various assignments and quizzes as per the established parameters during trainings
  • upgrade his / her own technical skills consistently and as per requirement and to share knowledge with colleagues.courseware upgrade, lab maintenance etc.
  • Technical skills required:
  • Mainframe(Cobol,JCL, CICS, DB2, IBM Assembly 370, RPG, CL, IMSDB, IMSDC)

-Should be able to design, deliver and customize training programmes basis the target audience

Job Description

  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the corporate market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Attain the targets assigned on the corporate front by the organization.
  • Responsible for the performance and development of the sales team.
  • Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
  • Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
  • Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted by Executives.
  • Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Recruits, tests, and hires sales & marketing professionals based on criteria agreed upon by senior management.
  • Business Planning, Strategic Marketing & New Customer Acquisition Plans.
